About Providence Estate
Providence Estate, whilst located in a quiet neighborhood is a stand alone and set apart 3 storey property with a private pool, double car enclosed garage and an extensive backyard. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 4 beds sleeping 8 persons plus 2 full bathrooms. The middle level carries a powder room, utility room and an open space which creates a flow of the living, dining and kitchen spaces indoors leading out to the backdeck. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, double door fridge, microwave, coffee pot and keuireg coffee machine. The lower level counts as the additional space and fourth room for guests past 8 persons. This is an additional fee of US$50 per person per night and is automatically accessed when reservations are past 8 guests. If under 8 guests, access this room by altering the number of guests in your reservation from 8 to 9 or 10 persons and indicating to us. You will automatically be charged the additional US$50 per night per person. This space has a king size bed, air condition, fridge, 2 and 3 seater standard couch, extra room for luggage and clothing and an ensuite full bathroom as well as access onto the backdeck and pool. Available for short and longer stays.

This property is absolutely amazing. From the moment we pulled up and walked in the door I was pleasantly surprised of how clean the property was. The house had everything needed and was well equipped. The back yard is breathtaking and my family spent most of the time hanging out in the back yard. I had zero issues which needed Danielle the property manager’s attention but she assisted me with recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. The property is in close proximity to the airport, the beach and restaurants. Check in and out was super easy. I have no complaints. This place was worth every dime. Will be booking again soon.

We stayed at Jessamine Villa for 13 days and everything was amazing from the pool to the kitchen. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would havent changed a thing. Property Manager Danielle was very responsive to every query I had. I highly recommend staying here.

Place for a smooth vacation!
Providence Estate is an absolutely great place to spend your vacation. We staid there for 10 days (in Feb-March 2020) and were really happy with everything. If you are still contemplating and not sure about your choice, we truly recommend the place. The hosts (Danielle, Gabrielle and John) were really great – nice, friendly and helpful, you could always rely on them and expect an answer to whatever silly question you might have in a moment. The house was modern, spacious, tidy and top notch in any aspect. It was even better we expected by the photos and description.
